Mental Replay Reset
INSTANT DIGITAL DOWNLOAD — Available immediately after purchase.
If a conversation has ever ended, a meeting closed, a message sent — and your mind has kept returning to it hours or days later, replaying what you said, editing what you should have said, imagining what everyone else must have thought — and each replay leaves you feeling worse rather than clearer, this workbook was written for you. The problem is not that you are bad at social situations. It is that repetition has quietly become punishment disguised as review.

Some moments do not end when they end. The conversation finishes, the meeting closes, the message has been sent, the social moment has passed — and yet the mind keeps returning, replaying, editing, and re-examining. This is one of the reasons post-event rumination can feel so sticky. It presents itself as review, but often it is much closer to punishment.
Nearly all of the useful learning arrives in the first pass. After that, each replay extracts less and less — while the sting keeps building. That is especially true with embarrassment loops and social replay. Once the mind gets hold of a moment that carries shame or awkwardness, it treats repetition as thoroughness.
This workbook does not ask you to feel fine about every awkward moment. It teaches you to separate learning from punishment — to review the event once in a way that is honest and useful, and then close the file.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ABLE TO DO BY THE END
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
✦ Recognise post-event replay as its own maintenance pattern — separate from useful reflection
✦ Understand why the first pass extracts nearly all the useful learning, and every replay after that mostly adds sting
✦ Use a structured, evidence-based review process to extract the honest learning from a difficult moment
✦ Decide any genuine repair or follow-up action — and then deliberately close the file
✦ Interrupt the "one more check" pull that keeps social and embarrassment loops open indefinitely
✦ Carry a "micro-version" of the technique with you for the moments the replay has already started
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
WHAT'S INSIDE
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
✦ The clinical framework — why post-event replay feels like review and behaves like punishment
✦ The Replay Loop map — the five-stage sequence every post-event replay follows
✦ Fillable pages for reviewing a real moment your mind keeps pulling back up
✦ A guided sequence for separating the facts, the learning, and the sting
✦ A pocket micro-version for the moments the replay has already begun
